Mon AM: REST DAY
Tue PM: Coach Geordie - Casey ARC 7:00pm start (Deep End of pool)
Ability based swim all swim equipment needed (25m pool)
Wed PM: Coach Toby - Run 6:00pm start (Casey Fields Aths Track)
Slow easy jog 6-12km ability dependent everyone welcome
Thur AM: Coach Geordie - Ride 6:00am start - Contact Geordie for gym address This is an indoor ride session so bike and windtrainer/rollers needed
Thur PM: Coach Geordie - Swim Casey ARC 7:00pm start (Deep End of Pool)
Ability based swim all swim equipment needed (25m pool)
Fri PM: REST DAY
Sat AM: Long Ride Casey ARC 7:00am start - Meet at ARC Carpark
Minimum 3 hours, bring food. approx 28km/h average speed
Sun AM: Coach Nick - Run 10:00am at Casey Fields Crit Track This is a group run, must meet Nick first. Need to text every week to see if this session is on.
