CHT Pro Team Training Time Table

Mon PM: Run - 4:30pm Lysterfield Lake - Long Run with Ice Recovery Meet at the outside carpark (at the bridge side of lake) Bring thongs and towel for ice recovery in lake after run.
Tue PM: Run - 5:00pm Meet top of ARC Carpark- Hour run with long warm up following with hard efforts. Approx 10-12km total. Bring spare gym clothes to stretch and do S&C after in case we run in rain.
After this run there is a 30min break to do S&C outside of ARC Pool. During this time it is wise to stretch, hydrate and eat before hard swim, so bring extra water bottles (electrolyte drinks recommended) and food.
Swim - 6:30pm Casey ARC (Deep end - ramp side)
Fast paced swim all swim equipment needed (25m pool)
Wed PM: Two Differing Sessions (Choose from what training category you are in)
Juniors - Ride 4:30pm - Casey Fields Crit Track Bring all ride equipment for both on road and stationary riding. (e.g. Helmet, lights, and windtrainer/rollers)
Seniors - Ride 4:30pm - Upper Beac Main st. Hard Hill Loop ensure to bring road gear with food and two water bottles (at least one electrolyte drink bottle on bike).
Thur PM: Swim - 6:30pm Casey ARC (Deep End - Ramp side)
Fast paced swim all swim equipment needed (25m pool)
Fri PM: REST DAY - Coach Unavailable This Day
Sat AM: Long Ride - 7:00am Casey ARC (Meet in Top Carpark)
Minimum 3 hours, bring food - Intemediate cycle ability as a minimum
HPA (Only) Session - TBC - This session is to be confirmed every Thursday night with Nick
Sun AM: Brick - 10:00am Casey Fields Crit Track Bring all swim/bike/run equipment as though you were doing separate sessions (i.e. no tri suits or race flats needed). Plenty of time to get changed into run gear before we start run session.

During fitness testing weeks it is required that you bring a recording sheet to every test so that results can be documented to improve your training.
